Our items come from various designers, so sizing may vary. We include specific sizing notes (e.g., "True to size" or "Runs small") in each product description. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Yes! You have a 48-hour grace period from the moment you place your order to cancel for a full refund. After 48 hours, all orders move into production or fulfillment and can no longer be canceled.

• Custom Items: All custom sales are final once the 48-hour cancellation window has passed and production begins.

• Non-Custom Items: You may return these within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and unused. A 10% restocking fee applies, and refunds are issued after a successful inspection (within 7–10 business days).

We want you to love your purchase! If an item arrives damaged or we made an error, please contact us with photos within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement or full refund.

• Standard Items: Processed in 3–5 business days.

• Custom Items: Usually take 7–14 business days for production after you approve your final design proof.

• Please remember to account for shipping transit time after these processing windows!

Local pickup is available only for items in our Custom Item Menu. If you select pickup but later need shipping, a shipping invoice must be paid in full before we can mail your item.

Because custom items cannot be resold, orders that are made but abandoned/unwanted are eligible for a 40% refund only. This covers the cost of our labor, specialized materials, and an inconvenience fee.
